The “Tomahawk” is a bone-in ribeye that stand out from the rest with its extremely Long bone. Like other ribeye steaks the Tomahawk is wildly popular because its taste, marbling and over the top presentation. The center, Rib Eye, is abundantly marbled, tender, and delicious. On one outer edge of the steak is the Rib Eye Cap, which is considered by many to be the most delicious cut of beef. The combination of the two is pure bliss for any steak lover. Each tomahawk is about 2” thick and weighs 38 oz - 40oz individually vacuum packed for freshness.
