The skirt steak is probably the most flavorful cut of beef and is an exceptional steak for grilling. Our butchers use only the outer skirt steak which is more tender and flavorful. We peel and trim the skirts so they are 100% grill ready. Each order is vacuum packed for freshness in 3lb bags.

Best thing that came out of Covid was booking up with London meat!!!! Highly recommend!!! The skirt steak is to die for and so are the French cut pork chops!!!
