If you are not 100% satisfied we will REPLACE or REFUND immediately.
Once your order is placed, a team member will contact you via phone or email to schedule a delivery date. All deliveries will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Be sure to enter all information correctly at time of checkout.
All products should be inspected once delivery is received. It is your responsibility to freeze or refrigerate products immediately upon receiving. If any product is damaged or there are any other issues, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
2) CANCELATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled at any point prior to delivery. Refunds will be issued immediately.
3) RETURN POLICY
We are unable to accept any returns. All our products are perishable therefore we are unable to restock or resell.
You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and preparation of our product. Safety and cleanliness are of utmost importance to us. We are a USDA inspected facility and operate at the highest of standards. Our employees are provided with PPE according to the CDC standards and mandated to wear it.
