Every time we host a holiday, i order the boneless turkey breast and it is always outstanding!! At over 10 lbs, it feeds the entire extended family and leaves plenty of delicious leftovers. It is a breeze to cook - just pop it in the oven and set the timer. It always comes out moist and perfectly seasoned. We absolutely love the hand cut boneless thighs too. They are always generously portioned, juicy, and tender. Mike's recommendation to use them in chicken parm has made me a lifetime convert.
