The Striploin is one of the most tender and popular cuts of beef. Loin cuts are lean and perfect for grilling. New York Strips are slightly less marbled than a Ribeye, but they have less of the larger chucks of fat that you find in a Ribeye. Our All-natural Choice beef striploins are cut and trimmed into 12 oz steaks. Each order consists of (4) – 12 oz steaks individually vacuum sealed for freshness.
