First, and most importantly, the quality of the steak is very good. Best mail order meat we have received and we have tried out at least three other mail order places, so a decent basis of comparison. Delivery was not great. We are less than 15 miles from the Bronx location and delivery took three days. The larger concern was that the packaging for the delivery had way too little real ice and no use of dry ice. All the steaks were defrosted when they arrived. We were concerned about this in terms of effecting the taste of the meat, but it does not appear to effected that in any material way.
